New-and-improved training for cabin crew is released
September 15, 2024
The SureConsult Critical Surface Contamination Training for Cabin Crew has been fully amended and is ready to go for Winter 2024-25 on SureConsult Academy.
Cabin Crew personnel play an important role in the safety of winter flight operations, and must work as a team with the flight crew to ensure that aircraft remain clean of contamination and that operations are in compliance with the Clean Aircraft Concept. The SureConsult Critical Surface Contamination Training Course, which meets the requirements of the SAE DI-L80B qualification level, focuses entirely on Cabin Crew responsibilities and provides visual training on basic de/anti-icing procedures and surface contamination recognition from the Cabin Crew’s vantage point from inside the cabin. This is a great, visual course full of top-level content.
Some of the basic content covered in this training course includes:
- De/Anti-Icing Terminology
- Regulations
- Crew Member Responsibilities
